The end of the year is fast approaching and with that comes the excitement of end of year activities.

2021 Valedictorians

Firstly I wish to congratulate our 2021 Valedictorians. This group of students have survived their senior years of schooling under the constraints of COVID-19 but they have more than just survived they have thrived. I am extremely proud of this group and I know that they leave the college World Prepared.

Hail Storm

Last Wednesday the college experienced an unprecedented weather event as a 25-minute hail storm enveloped the campus. The hail was then followed up by 68 mm of rain. This event caused 22 areas around the campus to be flooded. I wish to thank the staff who kept our children safe; moved them to dry areas; and then rallied to ensure students were calm enough to get on to cars and buses when they could. Staff stayed behind sweeping paths, bailing water out of classrooms and liaising with emergency contractors and builders so that we could be back to work by Monday morning.

New and Departing Families Information

The college has almost completed the enrolment process for 2022 and to avoid waiting lists in select year groups I would appreciate it if you could advise the school if you are going to withdraw your child at any stage in Term 4 this year.

I also encourage families who have younger children that have not yet enrolled to complete their application as soon as possible for 2023.
